Unionville mail drop 07-2013CUPW: The RSMC's are asking about where they will be dropping their mail off when the restructure is implemented. CPC:They can drop RPO clearances until 6 when the last truck leaves.J. Parent
Locust Hill mail 08-2013"CUPW: What is going to happen to the mail? Resolved. There are also 3 streets missing from the case. Resolved. CPC: Case strips updated yesterday. Pay issue has been adjusted moving the LC in that post office. Will have to determine the impact to route.

Brooklyn mileage issue 08-2013CUPW: Brooklyn mileage is still not updated and still not done. CPC: When driver did the drive he found he was short 3 km in total. Looking at SS1 as well. All others will be dealt with during annual inspections.G. Ramlochan

LJOSH meetings 08-2013CUPW: At Unionville, Maple, Stouffville, WBC, the members are not being allowed to go to the meetings because there's no coverage RSMC's are expected to attend the meeting and then deliver their entire routes. RSMC's being held back CUPW: Why are RSMC's being held beyond departure time. CPC: We have a commitment to get all mail out. We are doing our best to get them out as early as possible.
