Stouffville, Richmond Hill/RPO Clearances - 00-2010CUPW: Route 354 has clearances 3 times a day, twice in the morning and once in the afternoon. Hours/day is up to 7.5. CPC: 7.5 hours is acceptable for now Status QuoJ. Wineck
Maple SS4 Staffing - 00-2010CPC: Still discussions nationally. CPC looking at moving RSMC's on LTA out. It will be a lengthly process based on circumstances and length of absence. Operations has to put together packages for LR so we can proceed with the appropriate masure which is some cases may entail releasing the employee. Status QuoM. Deabreau
Urban/RSMC - UnionvilleCUPW: There has still been no iron ring consultation CPC: We will meet with union without prejudice to view the maps. Parties met. Will be dealt with at each restructure as it relates to urban  
Unionville route changesCUPW: There were updates from December and the counts were changed again. CPC: Julie and George Pratt still reviewing.. STATUS QUOJ.Parent
POC Maintenance book 05-2012"Has been committed to be printed. J. Paulin to print and if not a supervisor will print. CUPW: Training needs to be given to the employees as well. STATUS QUO for completion
RSMC Mod duties 05-2012CUPW: Issues with pay are consistently coming up at return to work meetings. CUPW insists CPC has allocated a certain time value to sortation and delivery. Glen said there is no standard but will get clarification and put it in the minutes. CPC: Head office states they are paid by POC so can't assign a value. Can George Pratt provide the names of the people in the WSIB meetings? Yes.G. Ramlochan
OCR interviews re: PDTsCUPW: OCRs are being interviewed regarding PDTs even though they have never been trained. CPC: Glen said that G. Ramlochan
CLOSEDthere are informal interviews to find out the route cause and if due to poor performance then they are addressed  
 in formal interviews.  
Maple CUPW: There are 2 vacant OCR positions in Maple? Why are they training contractors and not staffing the positions?S. Ng
 CPC: Waiting for response from S. Eng 
Shopper's Drug Mart and H&S concernsWBC and Maple are delivering to Shopper's with high docks. Since they must hand bomb the mail onto the dock they  
 should be provided with safety shoes and a vest. It has been pushed to H&S with no response. CPC: Ram to J. Wineck
 investigate next week. 
OCR's in AjaxCUPW: Short two OCR's at Ajax. CPC: We are aware and are working on getting them filled. We need to be able to release the encumbents of the position  
Saturday delivery after storm 02-13CUPW: You had RSMC's working Saturday after the storm. Will you be paying them additional monies for the work they performed. CPC: Those that left early and did not finish their route on Friday and chose to come in and complete Friday's work will not be compensated additionally. They were still required to finish their scheduled work for friday but any that could not complete were allowed to do so on the weekend.  
Schedule A increases or decreases 02-2013CUPW: Is the schedule A automatic. Can the employees be given it. CPC: Glen will look into and provide responseG. Ramlochan
Unionville clerk/lca's 02-2013CUPW: Unionville will be pure RSMC's. Have you looked at the clerks/lca's that will be required? CPC: It is worked out and info will be provided at next Monday's consultation.
