MAPLE LJOSH MINUTES

The union raised an issue with the report; it reflects 24 meetings in February, 31 in March for a total of two, none after these two months. It was confirmed that the information does not apply to 2008.

Management responded that the roll-up for 2009 was continuing, will address.

STOUFFVILLE, RICH HILL-RPO CLEARANCES

Issue remains at the national level.

STOUFFVILLE RESTRUCTURE, ONE RTE HELD FROM STAFFING

The union raised issue of not receiving minutes of a restructure consultation, their position being that the structure could not continue, the corporation now stating that the meeting was considered as informational only and that minutes are not generated. The union stated that if minutes are not provided, a grievance will be submitted.

The union expressed concern that a RPO clearance from Rich Hill was to be included in the structure of Stouffville, now is on hold.

MAPLE-SS4 STAFFING

The union was advised in November 2009 that an OCR was to be assigned; the position could not be staffed until the employment issue of the incumbent was resolved. L. Waine to be provided a package from local management.

WBC

A new route that was agreed to by both parties splitting two routes to make one has been altered. The National Transition Committee has altered, now three routes travel the same street.

The union raised concerns with the salary adjustment sheets, issue involves two week hold on pay, changes for PCI and vehicle expenses deducted, rates deducted daily and from 26 pay cheques.

AJAX

AIMS updates are being conducted; this explains the presence of the two persons in the station.

EDIT BOOK

Management to clarify if the Edit Book will apply to RSMC routes.

The union raised concerns with RSMC conducting route updates will they receive pay for the two to three hours required to update.
