            The parties accept that the Letter Carrier Route Measurement System constitutes the appropriate guideline for resolving the allegation as to whether or not the employer was obliged to apply "door-to-door delivery" to The Plaza on Harwood Avenue South in Ajax, Ontario.

            Accordingly, the parties will meet to discuss the employer's delivery policy as set out in the LCRMS and more particularly paragraph 1 relating to the definition of "within a block face".

            I shall remain seized in the event no settlement arises out of the parties' consultations.  Grievance resolved.
