Grievance refers to Appendix "K" and the issue of structuring the half-hour paid lunch into walks that are assessed at less than 480 minutes.  Upon due consideration, and at the request of the union, I ruled, pursuant to art. 9.64, that the "grievance was of such an exceptional nature that it should be referred to the formal arbitration procedure".
