Grievance alleges employer's violation of collective agreement in "rescinding this employee's modified duties and placing him on sick leave status for the week of March 6 - 10/95".  It is not disputed that grievor was, in fact, working on modified duties during the week in question.  Specification of wrong week on grievance form considered a substantive flaw and not a "technical irregularity" (art. 9.14). Grievance therefore nullified.

Grievance denied.
