            I am satisfied that so long as the grievor remained in essence a surplus Group 3 employee, he retained his status for all purposes including a paid one half (1/2) hour lunch period while performing Group 2 duties.

            The grievor shall be awarded a paid one half hour lunch break for the period in question I shall remain seized.

Grievance allowed.
