Pursuant to Article 9.32(5) of the collective agreement, I conducted hearings at the City of Toronto, Ontario, on July 7 and 13, 1993, in order to hear and determine a series of grievances under the regular arbitration procedure.
At the conclusion of the argument on each grievance, I delivered oral reasons, giving a brief resume as required by Article 9.32(5)(r) of the collective agreement. I now hereby confirm my conclusions.
7. In the Matter of the Grievance of the Scarborough Local - #602-92-01114 This grievance is sustained on consent and the Corporation will implement the directive of the Zone Manager, John Hill, which stipulated that if the decision of Arbitrator Delude dated September 14, 1992 is not set aside by the Quebec Superior Court, which it is conceded that it was not, the Corporation will compensate the affected employees for the average time difference between the old route structure and the newly structured 176 route for the period September 14, 1992 and October 26, 1992 in accordance with the Appendix V (overassessed route) in the Collective Agreement.
