UNION FRONT-LINE VISIT

COFFEE BREAK FOR ALL EMPLOYEES

On Thursday May 12th at 8:00 AM the Local Full Time Executive will provide you with updates on the contract talks. These meetings are meant to allow an open exchange of information and ideas.

In this informal session, the Local Executive will make presentations to members on our contract talks, current situations, the challenges we face in terms of the lack of CPC to budge from their rollbacks, and some info on Don Mills / Tor O / Tor R & YDC where Modern Post Light is a dismal failure. A question-and-answer session will follow, which will allow members to comment on their concerns and issues that interest them. The goal is a frank exchange of views concerning this round of contract talks that will enhance member’s current and future working conditions.

We are asking you today to take a collective break together at 8.00 AM to show the employer that you will fight to maintain what we have, and we will fight for our jobs.

I will provide an update on what to expect on May 25, 2011 from CPC.

In Solidarity
