If I do not get a position as an MSC at the West Parcel Hub, how can I get a position as a Parcel Support PO4? Submit a transfer to the Bulk Mail Facility (BMF) as a full time Po4. When you receive this transfer, you will be in the Post Office you want. Subsequently, you will be able to bid for a Parcel Support position. When all the drivers start delivering COD and Customs mail, will Canada Post issue pouches that attach around the waist to handle the cash? It is not current practice to use pouches for this purpose in any area, and there are no plans to issue them at this time. The only pouches that will be used are ‘lockable pouches’ for the transfer of funds to the retail outlets after reconciliation at the hubs. I heard that Rocky Gualtieri will be retiring after the Parcel Model is in place. Is that true? Rocky answers this question with a resounding NO! What are my options as a part time employee? Article 34 stipulates entitlements based on work areas (such as dock areas, outside duties). Employees will have uniform entitlement where appropriate based on this article in the collective agreement. Will MSCs who collect money be responsible for counterfeit bills? Employees will receive awareness training to help them identify possible counterfeit bills, and it is expected that they follow these procedures. Under normal circumstances, employees will not be accountable in the event counterfeit bills are received.
