Rocky welcomes the group.
Next week, Wednesday February 18, I wish to meet with
all parties, to resolve the MSC to MLC conversion issue. This meeting will
take place at Gateway, in one of the threater rooms at 1:00 PM.
Monday February 16, sampling will proceed at YDC on 2
FSAs involving 4 routes. Are there any other issues?
CUPW – Concerns about station F and Q. Also the vehicle
locking procedures and time values, including carding of items.
CPC – There is a software problem on the Pocket PC,
this is being addressed. We will meet with Carl to extract this information.
We know the PC time stamps all events. We shall meet with your
representative at YDC on Monday, to be sure this is resloved.
CUPW – What is the plan for the MSC support PO-4’s?
Drivers licences, tranfers, staffing, are all issues raised?
CPC – We will present a plan at the next committee
meeting.
CUPW – Station H and mail pollution issues, during a
sampling exercise. Also training for VOP’s in the station, what is the plan?
This causes problems with equal opportunity lists.
CPC – We will review. What resources will CUPW require
for the sampling exercise?
CUPW – 4 observers, to be announced as well as 4
trucks.
CPC – Agreed.
CUPW – We wish to ensure that exceptions, such as
correct locations of deliveries and pickups receive the correct time value.
CPC – Will address. The shared data, is the ERMA format
acceptable?
CUPW – Yes.
CPC – RPO boundaries to be done. Keying of C.O.D.s and
customs should begin at 1 Yonge this Monday. Upgrade to P.O.C. this week.
CUPW – Tables for YDC’s keying stations are needed.
Murlin – I shall search for tables.
CPC/CUPW – Review and add input to Sampling process
map.
12:30 Meeting ends.
