Minutes of Consultation between Canada Post Corporation And Canadian Union of Postal Workers

The Parties agreed to the following;
Shift # 1 F/T Six (6) vacated full time positions on shift # 1 will be deleted. The new hours of work for Sunday will commence from 21:00 hrs to 05:00 hours. Other 4 days will remain status quo from 22:00 hrs to 06:00 hrs.
Shift # 1 P/T Currently, there are no part time positions on shift # 1. Five (5) part time positions on shift # 1 will be created for scheduled hours of 01:00 to 06:00 from Monday night to Thursday night with one unscheduled day on Sunday night.
Shift # 2 F/T Hours of work for Monday will change to commence from 05:00 hrs to 13:00 hrs. Tuesday to Friday hours are not changed.
Shift # 2 P/T The correct part time positions on shift # 2 are twenty-seven (27), not twenty-eight (28).
Shift # 3 F/T No changes for even shift (mid-shift). Hours of work remains from 13:00 hrs to 21:00 hrs. No changes for even shift (shift # 3). Hours of work remains from 14:00 hrs to 22:00 hrs.
Shift # 3 P/T Positions remain the same at 20. There will be two (2) schedules or groups with two (2) different start times. Schedule 1 will report from 16:30 hrs to 20:30 hrs Monday to Friday. Schedule 2 will report from 17:00 hrs to 21:00 hrs Monday to Friday. Only 2 vacant positions will be staffed and other 2 vacant positions will be filled temporary with modified employees.
