Security

Emergency Management and Training will provide a plan in January 2010.

Equal Opp. List

The Parties agree that the opportunity numbers on the list would be amended to reflect proper opportunities.

Flex Drivers

Status quo

The Corporation told the Union that if a flex driver incurs extra time, then the driver will be paid that extra time.

The Union’s position is that when a flex driver is required to perform deliveries outside the sequence, a separate value should be allocated or assigned.

For example, Loops “A and G” service RSMC areas. When a driver is required to service the RSMC area, PDSL does not assign a value because the RSMC areas are not sequenced.

Safety Shoes

The YDC will be come safety shoes facility as of January 1, 2010. Employees have been advised of in November 2009. Any employee not complying, without safety shoes as on January 15, 2010 will be sent home. Safety shoes signs will be posted.

Management will advise contractors of the requirements.

Matter is closed.

HRDC Yearly Report

Information relates to absences on the form has been revised in a monthly format.

Matter is closed.

# 1 Shift atmosphere

Status quo

Management asked the Union’s rationale for filing grievance and then brings the matter to U/M/M? Management asserts that these monthly meetings are to resolve issues before it reaches to a grievance stage.

The Union responded that once a concern is brought to management’s attention, management should initiate an investigation.

Management requested that the Union to provide a list of concerns to Kimti in the last meeting, instead management received 5 grievances. Management still encourage Union to bring any concerns to the table before considering filing grievance.

PCI & Priority items removed from tours

An employee was getting extra priority items and forced to perform extra duties to extra RPO.

CPC will follow up

Round Table

Term employee should be entitled to pension services for he works more than 6 months.

Management will follow up.
