3 Maple, OCRE assigned out of Local Union due issue.  Working outside local triggers status change forms.  All meetings involving Maple must be done nationally given local does not have authority.   Confirm who is generating status forms B. Prciop/August 28, 2009
         
4 Criteria for helpers – assignments LR to clarify At next meeting L. Waine
         
5 Stouffville, Richmond Hill – Contracting out to CUS RPO clearances? RPO clearances-CPC wants to bring in CUS.  Union suggests taking CUS routes, add 200 poc and call it an RSMC route.  RSMC are clearing RPO.   Follow up with Shafin Valla D. Driscoll/August 28, 2009
         
6 Maple - SS4 staffing Completed LMR.  Route will be staffed.  C.A. silent. Follow up with M. Beamish B. Prciop/August 28, 2009
         
7 New staffing process – July 1, 2009 LR to clarify At next meeting L. Waine
         
8 Maple, taking flyers home to collate  Union raised concern regarding compliance.  Mgt advised there had been compliance issues previously which have since been addressed. Closed.  
         
9 RSMC restructuring Both parties seeking information on process.  J. Coe requested representative to attend next meeting L. Jeffery sending rep Next meeting
         
10 RSMC paid for PDT training CPC confirmed Newmarket employee paid for PDT training.  Union stated should be consistent.  Union will file a grievance. Closed

1 Other Issues – round table      
         
2 HRSDC Visit-work refusal to 4 poc New information relating to work refusal.  CPC position is not unsafe.  Procedure clarified on work refusals. Closed  
         
         
3 Maple Discipline Union enquired as to who is in charge of disciple.  Mgt advised it is APOC. Closed  
         
4 Routes over 8 hours Union asked if still splitting routes over 8 hours.  Mgt advised this process still applies. Closed  
         
5 Unionville building Union asked for update.  CPC is continuing efforts to increase space opportunities. Closed.
