NIGHT RECOVERY (TN) GUIDELINES

The union stated that they only received TN credit balance for Zone 5. Lance will forward for remainder of area.
The union stated that the fractional entitlement should be rolled up. CPC’s position was that TN can only be taken in full days and there is no provision for fractional entitlements. The union disagreed.
The schedule will follow a 12 week period where employees earn 2 credits per period.
The Bidding Areas were established for Group 1 and Group 2 as reflected in attached guidelines.
The first bidding schedule will begin on May 3, 2009.
It was agreed that consultation should occur toward the end of December 2009 to review compliance to the current process.
Group 1 and Group 2 guidelines are attached with bidding and results templates for the next 4 periods.
