Status of inputting routes was approximately 50 % complete. Routes completed and input have also been verified.
Case plans are being prepared, submitted and are in process. Not all routes require a full case plan however segments are being updated with new strips as required.
The volume count starts on April 27, 2009.
Dave will assign an RMO to do the Geo Route mapping and blocking.
MVI Count-It was clarified that Letter Carriers cannot do the count.
Dave indicated that Jim Walling never returned three walks that he had worked on. Walk 8, 25 and 42. These walks will be re-paced. J. Coe will follow up with Jim Walling.
Dave provided the results of the parcel count. Relay routes have been identified. Dave will get the 103’s and generate the 098’s. Results will be input by March 23rd.
Tom completed the rover review and submitted to Dave. Dave will build the rover tours by structuring in delivery from over assessed routes for immediate implementation.
