OVER ASSESSED ROUTES

 

The over assessed in Stouffville, RR2 has been adjusted effective November 15, 2008, removing the over assessment.  

 

In Gormley, RR1 may be over assessed in actual time, however is evaluated under. Review in early 2009 with union, G. Pratt.

 

APOC SORTING RSMC ROUTES

 

No master on-call relief list exists at present; each individual station with relief has their own list. We continue to work with G. Pratt for assistance when required.

 

MAPLE

 

S. Dewar is now the manager for Maple however is presently absent. K. Davidson to forward copies of the two outstanding grievances so as a first level hearing can be arranged. S. Dewar to be apprised that copies of LJOSH minutes are to be forwarded to the Scarborough union.

 

AT HOME TRAINING

 

If any concerns arise, they are to be addressed with managers.

 

PAYROLL EXCEPTION REPORT 

 

The number for assistance is 1-866 290 3414 staffed by seven representatives, with a manager present to address any issues if required. The exception report has been streamlined and issues have been reduced. Issues are to be raised with the employee’s supervisor first.   

 

 

RIGHT HAND VEHICLES

 

Two sites for a test pilot are Brampton and Fredericton, CPC reviewing fixed costs of owning personal vehicle, determining 60 percent of his/her vehicle expense reimbursement. This amount will be taxable and non pensionable. CPC will pay for all fuel and maintenance during the pilot.

 

IDENTIFICATION OF ON-CALL RELIEF & HELPERS

 

Management to supply.  

 

RACKS-WBC

 

New equipment has not been able to be obtained as yet, no supplier identified. K. Burtt to advise if SAIR completed for incident involving a rack hitting an employees’ vehicle.   

 

AJAX CASE

 

Equipment from Pickering was to be sent to Ajax; new equipment is not able to be obtained presently.  

 

AJAX SIGNAGE

 

Roof mounted lights have not been received yet, signs have been obtained.

 

NEW BUSINESS

 

TIME VALUES

 

The union inquired whether Rich Hill had been identified as a test site for RSMC time values.

 

Rich hill has been identified; however no process or program has been established yet.

 

REPLACEMENTS, DISCIPLINE

 

The union inquired whether any replacements have been disciplined, management stated not to their knowledge, this is not the process.
