MINUTES OF MONTHLY CONSULTATION BETWEEN GTA-DELIVERY-TORONTO EAST AND CUPW-SCARBOROUGH LOCAL RSMC AUGUST 13 , 2008

CONTROL CENTRE INFORMATION
Business Cards have been ordered . Phone number for Performance Centre on the cards Will distribute to all depots with RSMC ‘s Also George Pratt asked that a 5 min discussion meeting be held to explain them .
STOUFFVILLE - UPDATE TO ALL CALLS
Union asked that the safety updates be reviewed . What is the criteria being used and how is the route designated as safe ? Asked that they be involved in the process and even meet with the LJOSH committee for Stouffville
John Hill said he would review with Lois Jeffery and respond . There was also some discussion on the ERGONOMICS helper and if the RSMC has a helper the safety issue still exists.
NEW BUSINESS
RSMC SENIORITY LISTS
Union asked if we can get a copy of the seniority list electronically and send it to Mike Duquette
Management will obtain and make sure posted in all depots
L.A.M. FOR GORMLY
Union wanted to know who the manager for Gormly is . Please ask them to investigate that the RSMC still does not have an ergo helper .
Currently the RBM is Danny Kotsopolous and eventually it will be taken over by Brian Dawe
OVERASSESSED ROUTES
George Pratt raised that Unionville , Richmond Hill , Stouffville and WestBeaver Creek still have overassessed routes George offered assistance to split the over assessed routes in Unionville
APOC SORTING RSMC ROUTES
Union raised that Malvern depot was sorting the rsmc route. And are we contacting the temp employees first
Julie to follow up with Dawn Gayle to double check processes and also how the training is being done in Malvern and in Depot 4
MAPLE
Union raised that somebody needs to speak with the manager of Maple as they are not showing up for grievances and the union will no longer be bringing them to the hearings until that issue is resolved
