MINUTES OF CONSULTATION BETWEEN GTA-DELIVERY-TORONTO EAST AND CUPW-SCARBOROUGH LOCAL DECEMBER 10, 2007

WILLOWDALE DEPOT 2-ARTICLE 50
This consultation is further to the consultation of November 17, 2006. To recap, it was agreed that 11 routes would have Article 50’s conducted. The routes were 1, 2, 4, 5, 8, 18, 25, 27, 38, 44, 49. The volume counts were done in May 2007 and the results were finalized in July 2007. 10 of the 11 routes were overassessed. Overassessment payment was retro-active to June 2006.
16 additional routes have been identified for Article 50’s and volume counts will begin on February 25, 2008. The routes are 9, 10, 17, 19, 20, 23, 24, 26, 33, 35, 37, 43, 46, 50, 51, 52.
It was agreed that any further requests will be dealt with through the normal pre-Article 50 process.
