Group 3 (grievances filed re:  work in the bargaining unit)

The Parties agreed to implement a new schedule for the Group 3 employees (2).  Both employees will have a schedule of 2200 to 0600.  They will be required to rotate through Saturdays in order to cover the operation on that day.

The Corporation will build a rotation schedule and give the two (2) employees at least five (5) days notice.  The Union agreed.

MSC Overtime – Emergency Calls

The Parties agreed to a new process as follows:

1 - Radio call to MSCs in the area – to accept they must be available and in the area of the customer location.  OT will be offered by seniority if more than one (1) person accepts.

2 – If no one accepts the radio call, the OT will be offered to MSCs on site – in order to accept, they must be available and on site.  OT will be offered by seniority.

There will no longer be a sign-in sheet.  Offers of OT to MSCs on site will be made on PA system and on the radio.
