Rocky calls the meeting to
order.
CPC – We will
show the PDSL overview. Joe Mahar Presents.
Points brought
up during presentation. CUPW.
What are the
priority levels for the different databases used with PDSL.
How do
deliveries, such as The Royal York Hotel, get their values, when guests
and businesses get treated differently.
The codes on the
sequence labels indicating RPO’s how are they defined, is there a legend
on the manifest?
The use of 3
dots on the sequence label appear to assist the diver to reference the
actual customer parcel for more information.
How is the cut
off time determined? How much influence does the supervisor have?
CUPW – We wish a
e-copy of that presentation.
CPC – We will
make the changes you have asked for then you will receive a copy.
CUPW – Are there
going to be enough Trucks for 1 Yonge?
CPC – This is
volume driven and there could be changes, the number is not set yet.
CUPW – There
appears to be a problem with some RPO clearances, if a RPO gets changed
from light vehicle, to medium vehicle, we believe that this becomes a
“c” restructure.
CPC – We will
clarify.
CUPW – We have
audited 1 Yonge, and have identified that the data base may not be
accurate.
CPC – We shall
have the RMO’s review this.
CUPW – We have
identified, in one case, that we have lost business. What is the proper
protocol for our MSC’s to pass on customer information.
CPC – We will
review, thank you.
CUPW – The LCA
at 1 Yonge, they appear to be doing PO-4 work?
