Union asked to put this issue over to next month . Management agreed .
SENIORITY LISTS
Seniority lists are posted in the required Depots . Union reminded management they should be reposted every 6 months . Next posting should be July 08
CONTROL CENTER INFORMATION
Ongoing issue . Joanne and Julie will look at ordering business cards for the required information .
HELPER - COMPLETION VOUCHERS
There was discussion on whether they are being paid properly . Management informed that the process has been new over the last year but as far as we are aware the depots are doing it properly
AJAX
The union reviewed the issue of a RSMC who owns their own route , however was acting as a replacement on another route , that incumbent went on a long term absence . The issue of concern involves the route holder utilizing a helper on their own route which is valued and paid at less than the daily rate .
John Hill said he would follow up with Shaffin .
NEW BUSINESS
LOCKS AT STOUFFVILLE
Union asked that the updates to all calls and locks be confirmed as done . as the the locks trigger the reassessement
Reply next day from Daryl Sereda supervisor at Stouffville
“ Each route has how many lock changes they are responsible for on their Route Summary . In most cases the number on the Route Summary is on the high side. If they do more they add it to the log sheet so it can be added to their Route Summary on the next Annual Inspection
Routes are up to date , new growth that is added to a route is being updated and sent to Shafin for Payment “
