AJAX
Management to confirm what employee was paid, issue may be additional travel requested. The issue was raised inquiring whether the person who performed duties was paid, J. Wineck to review.
RELIEF FOR RICH HILL, PICKERING, AJAX, UNIONVILLE, AND MAPLE
The union stated that Maple is not following the scheduled consulted on, 53 week, consistency should apply. Management to review.
The union inquired how lieu days will be considered and covered.
Management reviewed and the direction is that lieu days are not considered as vacation, nor will be covered by the vacation relief. The RSMC will be responsible for arranging coverage for their paid day by their replacement.
PICKERING
Routes SS3 and 4 were changed as they were greater than 8 hours. SS 4 was eliminated, SS1 increased. The union stated that the incumbent’s salary is being decreased by 10K. The DSO acted early, the union not involved. Changes were coordinated through the National Transission Committee. Management stated that they will address communication of changes.
