This page has been set up to allow everyone to download a copy of the Collective Agreements for research and support use only. These documents are in Microsoft Word 2003. They are not available in another format unless you request a specific version, which may have less functions and no support. You may get a .pdf version from NATIONAL CUPW at : National CUPW-STTP Site These files should be usable on any Computer running Microsoft Windows 95 or greater, and Microsoft Word 97 or greater. These files will also run under Microsoft Word 95 but only with the appropriate viewer. Click on one of the buttons on the side bar to go to and download the Collective Agreement that you want. These files are not the "official" document between the parties, the printed bound text is, which maybe modified during the course of it's life. Prior Collective Agreements have been amended / clarified by signed memorandums changing words in the printed text, the example is the 1992 Collective Agreement Article 54.01(a). There maybe (sic) typo's and errors in this electronic version of the text, due to the way it is structured and hyper linked aspects and attempts to indicate changes in the text. The Local has attempt to achieve 100% accuracy word for word. The prior versions of the 1992, 1995, and 2000 text have errors in them, some discovered while preparing the 20030 text. As a result, you should download an updated version of ALL the Contracts, which has those changes.
