ANNUAL LEAVE ENTITLEMENTS

Shortly, Annual Leave Selection will begin for Employees in Group 1 and Group 2. The entitlements for all employees for next year's Annual Leave Selection (4/1/2002 to 3/31/2003) is outlined below. 

The entitlement (number of weeks ) is based on your CONTINUOUS SERVICE DATE (C.S.D.).  The order that employees select their annual leave is based on their SENIORITY DATE. The chart below indicates the entitlement by Continuous Service Date for the purpose of the Annual Leave Draws.

            For example, if your first date of employment was prior to April 1, 1975 you are entitled to 7 weeks annual leave, regardless of your Seniority.  

            Temporary Employees newly promoted into part time positions should ensure you get the annual leave you are entitled to.  For example, if your first date of employment was prior to April 1, 1996 you are entitled to 4 weeks annual leave, regardless of your Seniority.
