STAFFING FREEZE
The Local raised concerns in relation to the Seniority and Ranking of
employees who where tied. A review
of CPC records was conducted and the results were provided to the employer.
The employer indicates that the changes have been entered into their
systems.
The employer is in the process of posting updated and revised seniority
lists in all facilities. Employees affected by the current changes to seniority
or ranking will be notify be letter, copied to their Personal Files.
These changes have impacted on recent in-station bids for walks and tours
and constituent element change bidding. Some
results had been posted and some had not been posted.
There will be a review of the staffing moves and revised where necessary.
It was agreed to re-post the recent in-station bids for walks and tours
and constituent element change bidding, to be consistent across the Local.
Also impacted were transfers into the Local.
All employees who are interested in these positions should submit or
re-submit their applications of interest for these positions.
