NON STANDARD HOUSE HOLDER
The National Union and National Employer have agreed on a method of delivery and payment for a non standard House Holder. The information supplied to the local was not timely. The extremely hard to read memorandum, indicates a 3 day delivery span and 3 cents per piece. Please see the attached National Memorandum concerning payments and delivery span. If CPC has enforced a delivery span contrary to the memorandums, please submit a grievance fact sheet to the Local.
