November 1, 2004 IKEA MAILING PAYMENT The National Union and the National Employer consulted and signed a Memorandum of Agreement on October 12, 2004 concerning an IKEA mailing. Urban Operations employees will receive four (4) cents per piece, over a delivery span from November 3rd 2004 to November 9th 2004. RSMC employees should receive the same delivery span. The memorandum is attached. If CPC did not pay you the premium or provide the delivery span as required, contact the office. In Solidarity
