3, 2004 Implementation Delayed Again, and Again, and Again, and .......
THIS IS NOT A DUPLICATE BULLETIN, it’s a repetitive theme. CPC has indicated that the Parcel Model Project Implementation has been changed from September 13, 2004 to September 27, 2004. There will be consultations shortly on the impact, again. Whenever it is implemented, if the restructure is wrong, it is still subject to the grievance procedure.
