Strategic Resistance – Strategies
for taking on the
Modern Post
I am thrilled
to announce that Dave Bleakney, our National Union Representative in charge of
Education, has agreed to come and put on this course for us in the Scarborough
Local.
This course
will look at preparing, planning and mobilizing against the Modern Post. This
will be a strategy and skills course helping us to prepare to fight back.
This course
will be held on September 27th, 2009 – starting at 8:45am – till
approximately 3:00pm. We will be using the classroom at the office – 130
Dynamic Drive, Unit 12.
To register for this course members
will need to call and leave a voicemail message for Cathy Beth at 416-412-1100,
ext 332. Please include your name, employee ID, and a phone number where you
can be reached.
Members will
be able to call as of September 8th to September 23rd and leave a message – and
those that are successful will be contacted on the 24th of
September. Registration will not be accepted before Sept 8th.
Coffee, pop, donuts, and a pizza
lunch will be provided.
