The employer heard rumours of a work place action to take place a day or two
before Christmas. The employer had valid reasons for concerns as they had

numerous employees for working overtime.

Waine came in early to attend the "wildcat strike" to ensure the "work stoppage"
and resulting discipline was handled properly.
The employee's
