The 280 Progress Avenue Postal Facility is Located in the City of Scarborough, in the Province of Ontario.  There are Group 1 and Group 2, and PSAC employees in this building, they are working on the night shift and day shift. 

* CPC "Zones" are not part of the Collective agreement for the purpose of all articles except Article 53 on rare occurrences.

 Group 1

    There is a Retail Section and two (2) C&D Sections in the building. They are part of the Scarborough Post Office, which is in the Toronto MAPP.

 Group 2

    The 280 Progress Avenue Postal Facility is a multiple installation facility in the Scarborough Component. This is part of the Scarborough Post Office, which is in the Toronto MAPP.  Other Installations in the Component are:  Malvern, Scarborough "DEP 11", Scarborough "F", YDC Transportation.
